Sexy Halloween Costumes: Where to buy them, When and Why

It is true that Halloween only comes once a year, but sexy Halloween costume can be purchased all year long, and every night can be a sexy Halloween party. Perennial favorites include the sexy school girl costume, naughty nurse or the classic french maid. These costumes have been around for many years, and may seem over done. It seems every where you look there are sexy school girls, at clubs, bars and while many guys have fantasies about that "school girl look", the selection now is well beyond the classics. These classic looks have been redone with different colors, styles and fabrics, but they still have the look of, been there, done that. 

As early as August each year, women between the ages of 16 and 50 start the search for the "perfect" costume. Why those age groups? Well, many of the costumes available in the sexy Halloween category are short, tight and very revealing. While there are no hard and fast rules here, most girls under the age of 16 can't or don't get the permission of their parents to expose all that leg, skin and other body parts. The upper ends of the age spectrum is equally ill defined as women of all ages wear these sexy costumes, but not all of them dare to wear them to parties or other public places. There is no reason that women of all ages can and should wear these sexy costumes, but that is up to her, and often him.

Well, that is not exactly the truth as they fit, except my stomach, butt and boobs were hanging out, and since I don't normally dress like a hot cop, or a Nascar driver, I discovered that the learning curve here was higher than I anticipated. Trying on costumes is not at all like trying on clothing. While this may sound obvious, the truth is sexy costumes are well, sexy. Imagine the thought of people, strangers, girlfriends, their boyfriends and whoever happened to be at the party was to see me like this. You see I could, how shall I say this, should lose a couple of pounds, and I needed to find a costume that looks hot, and fits, and doesn't show off my flaws.  Fortunately the selection is amazing, and unfortunately the selection is amazing. There are so many styles, colors and brands to choose from, this isn't going to be easy. 

About this time my boyfriend, who spends a great deal of time online suggested surfing the web to get ideas and he was right. This site has some of the hottest costumes I have seen. I have seen some of their costumes on other sites for less, but I think this is the main site. Many of their costumes are a little on the pricey side, but they are hot. The costumes are very revealing, like most other sites, but the unique nature of the costumes is why I have placed them on the list. If you are committed to having a one of a kind costume then this may be the site for you. I love Halloween and am excited about going to our party, but I am reluctant to spend a fortune for a costume that I may only wear one time. This site makes me second guess that decision as many of these costumes are different than other sites. Hint: Read the descriptions carefully! The pictures on a couple of their hot costumes show some accessories that while available, are not included in the purchase price. This is not deceptive in any way, as I just assumed that the costume came with everything shown in the picture. This site makes my list not so much for the sexy women's costumes, which they carry, but for the selection of men's sexy costumes. I know that men resist wearing costumes, but I insisted my boyfriend wear a costume, and this made shopping more fun. Wearing costumes allows you to become that character, and while I was going to throw out some of my inhibitions, I really wanted my boyfriend to dress up in costume as well. Most men's costumes are in the range of pirates, prisoners, cops and Elvis, the sexiest one of them all was the Pharaoh as it exposed most of his body, which was alright with me. Encourage your guy to dress up, either as something that matches your costume, or because it is plain fun to pretend to be something different. I wanted this Halloween to be memorable, and his costume was part of the equation.

After all the looking, trying on and changing my mind, I found that there were a couple of costumes that I really wanted to buy. I finally settled on the sexiest pirate I could find. The costume has a skull closure on the skimpy skirt, and I matched it with a pair of fishnet stockings, and a pair of boots I already owned. My boyfriend says I looked hot, and whether that was true or not I did enjoy the attention I got at the party. It occurred to me while having a third glass of wine that dressing up like this was really fun as a little attention, joking around about how my girlfriends looked like hookers, and enjoying myself was really a turn on.  It was a lot of fun seeing everyone in costume, and while there was another girl with a similar pirate costume, it was not the exact same costume as mine. I dodged that bullet. My boyfriend also wore a pirate costume, and he had a blast as he got into the character, you know arrrrgghhhh, matey, shiver me timbers and the whole enchilada. A great time was had by all, and I am already looking forward to next year.

Finally, don't overlook that virtually all sites reduce their costumes for fast sale after Halloween, so that is the perfect time to buy a costume at a huge savings. My only concern is the "perfect" costume will be out next year and I will be there deciding whether to buy another costume for my favorite time of year.
