surprised as to the quality of these items. I ordered a sexy Halloween
costume and a thigh-high boot. The quality of the costume and the boot
were way more than I ever expected, and at a reasonable price. I had
ordered the costume a good while before the holiday season was set in
place, and received rather quickly. I ordered the boot to go with the
outfit (the boot actually completes the outfit) around the 9th of October,
thinking that I had alloted enough time before the Halloween weekend;
however, it just so happened that the boot I ordered was not in stock and
had to be ordered straight from the distribution center. Unfortunately,
the distribution also did not have them in stock and had to acquire them
via another facility. I realize that this is possible regardless of what
you order or from whom you order them, its just one of those things you
have to take into consideration when ordering a product. Concerned, that I
may not receive the boot in time for the weekend, I began to panic and was
not a very happy nor pleasant customer. Even after leaving several not so
nice and rediculous messages, Lisa the owner still went above and beyond
to ensure that I would receive the boot and in plenty of time. To those
who are reading this review, if you are ordering anywhere near the holiday
season, be patient with Flirty Lingerie, they are working diligently and
as quickly as they can. The owner Lisa did prove to me that Flirty
Lingerie does care about her customers and is willing to do whatever it
takes to make and keep its customers happy! P.S. - Lisa, if you are

Body: I ordered eight pleated black mini skirts that I needed by a certain
date. I received a call from a customer service rep who told me three
skirts in size medium were out of stock. She was very helpful and told me
she would ship out the skirts that were in stock and ship out a special
rush order on the three medium skirts when they came in. I received
another call the very next day that the remaining skirts had come in, so
they would ship them all out together and I should expect them on
Thursday. They arrived on Thursday as promised. After receiving the skirts
I needed to exchange one for a different size. The sizing was the only
problem I had with this whole order. It would have helped if they listed
the length in inches of the skirts as they were much shorter than I had
anticipated! I called to ask if it was possible to exchange and still have
the skirt by the date needed. The customer service rep helped me to order
a skirt in the new size with rush delivery and explained how I could
return the other one for a credit. Altogether the customer service reps
were very nice and very helpful. I would definitely shop with
flirtylingerie.com again.

their customer service department. Especially for Donna. I live in
Japan
but am currently deployed aboard an aircraft carrier. I made the
knuckle-headed move of attempting to order my girlfriend a Tinkerbell
costume on the 25th of October and expect it in

, through customs, by the 31st. On top of that, I ordered 2 by accident
and chose the wrong shipping. Donna promptly contacted me and informed me
of my goof-ups. Instead of cancelling my 2nd order and having to wait for
it to clear from my credit card, Donna took the time to calculate the
proper shipping, transferred that cost (which was fortunately less than
the 2nd order) over to the 2nd order and then refunded me back what was
overpaid. All while still managing to keep me in the loop. The result, the
costume was shipped and in
Japan
by the 29th, my girlfriend got her costume in time for her party and they
have made one very thankful customer; happy. I will DEFINITELY, WITHOUT A
